Introduction
The entire world was once ruled a by an immortal empress. She ruled justly and
the world prospered. Several generations ago, she disappeared. Some say she was
killed, others kidnapped and still others say she left for reasons of her own.
Whatever the reason, in her absence the world grew dark. Petty tyrants rose up,
half the world became desert. Billions died of hunger and disease.
Now the world is composed of wastelands, city states and barbarian tribes. But
it is healing.
Players
Each player represents a small group of aspiring heroes who can have many
different goals.
